Processing Times
* Please allow 7-10 days for our made-to-order knitted SKZOO Beanies.
* For all other items, please allow 2-4 days to process your order. 

All orders are processed & shipped by me, myself, and I. Actual shipping times start once your order has been processed. Thank you so much for your support and patience!

Domestic/USA Orders
All transit times are rough estimates, not exact. Once your order is placed, you will receive an updated shipping estimate/delivery date.

* Stamped Shipping: 5 - 25 day transit time. For sticker & print orders ONLY under $15 before tax/shipping. Any orders not following this requirement will be cancelled/refunded. 
* Tracked Shipping: 3 - 10 day transit time via USPS.

International/WW Orders
* Due to increased shipping/customs fees, worldwide shipping is currently not offered. However, if you are interested in hosting a group order to help relieve the higher prices, please contact me through Instagram (@tarynsbrain) or through this website's contact form.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Everything is shipped through USPS, and once your order has been marked as shipped, the package is out of our control. 

No refunds, returns, or exchanges once orders are placed. 

All sales are final.
